What Culligan Belgium was facing
Culligan Belgium needed their HubSpot CRM and ERP system to work together seamlessly — real-time data synchronisation, no manual data entry, and no ongoing dependency on external developers for routine changes. Together with HubSpot partner Data Caps, we designed and delivered an integration that set a new benchmark. Previous integration attempts had created rigid, fragile connections that broke with every system update.
