The outsourced team’s monthly rates are Junior (€1,500/mo), Medior (€2,000/mo) and Senior (€2,500/mo). They are not Ben Van Aken’s fee. Hiring Ben is a day rate from €1,000, or €125/hour for shorter engagements, excluding VAT.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term lock-in. We work on rolling monthly engagements with 30 days’ notice. Most clients engage for 3–6 months.
What’s included in the monthly rate?
Full-time embedded support from the outsourced team for the month. This includes all deliverables, reporting, knowledge transfer, and handover documentation. No hidden costs for travel, tools, or admin. This monthly rate is not Ben Van Aken’s fee.
Can I switch consultant levels mid-engagement?
Yes. If your needs change, you can upgrade or adjust consultant levels with the next monthly cycle. We’ll help you determine the right level during your discovery call.
