The outsourced team is priced monthly by consultant level: Junior (€1,500/mo), Medior (€2,000/mo) or Senior (€2,500/mo). Those amounts are the team’s fees, not Ben Van Aken’s. Hiring Ben is a day rate from €1,000, or €125/hour for shorter engagements, excluding VAT.

We work on rolling monthly engagements. There’s no long-term lock-in. Most clients engage for 3–6 months, but you can scale up, scale down, or end the engagement with 30 days’ notice.

Belgian consulting market rates typically range from €800–€1,500/day for comparable expertise. The outsourced team’s monthly model translates to significantly lower effective daily rates while providing dedicated, embedded support rather than occasional advisory visits. Hiring Ben starts from €1,000/day, excluding VAT.
